The role collaborates with Product Marketing, Development and Materials teams to ensure consumer relevance, performance and cost targets are met.

The candidate brings strong concept development, a solid portfolio in bags/gloves or soft goods, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design or related field.
• 4 years of professional product design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong concept development and execution; bags, gloves or accessories experience preferred.
• Experience working with cross-functional product creation teams and suppliers.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Research and interpret golf, sport, lifestyle, consumer, material and competitive trends relevant to Accessories.
• Create concepts, sketches, color and material direction, graphics and construction ideas for golf bags, gloves and related products.
• Translate approved concepts into complete design packages and technical handoffs with clear dimensions, materials and construction intent.
• Apply adidas design language, brand standards, legal guidance and sustainability expectations to all work.
• Present design concepts and rationale at category and creation milestones.
