Strike is seeking a proactive Senior Product Designer - UX/UI to own end-to-end design for our B2B platform. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing to define features, research, wireframe, and prototype using Figma to deliver delightful experiences.

You bring 3+ years of design experience, a strong UX/UI and product design background, and the ability to work autonomously while aligning with the product vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing digital products that users love.
• Proficiency in Figma: wireframes, UI and prototyping.
• Strong background in UX/UI and Product Design.
• Experience designing B2B platforms with engineering teams.
• Proactive and autonomous, with ownership of projects.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives with cross-functional teams to define and enhance features.
• Drive end-to-end design from scope definition and research to wireframes and prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Present work clearly and incorporate feedback from diverse perspectives.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
• Maintain design quality and consistency across the product.
• Engage with Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to understand customer pain points.
