Amazon.com Services LLC's Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape a new space-planning product and enhance internal tools used by GREF teams worldwide.

You'll work across UX Research, Product, Software, and Business partners to deliver customer-obsessed designs, translating complex space-planning processes into simple, scalable solutions while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of design experience.
• Have an available online portfolio.
• Experience with UX design of complex workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional partners throughout the product development lifecycle, from problem definition through launch and iteration
• Partner with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to drive concepts from ideation to implementation
• Dive deep into space-planning customers, workflows, and use cases to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
• Leverage customer research, usability findings, feedback, and quantitative data to inform and influence product requirements, priorities, and design decisions
• Act as an active voice for customers, advocating for their needs while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and product constraints
• Think big to simplify complex processes and translate ambiguous customer problems into intuitive, scalable design solutions
• Take ownership of design outcomes by proactively identifying gaps, validating solutions, incorporating feedback, and iterating based on customer and business impact
• Clearly articulate design rationale, communicate trade-offs, and build alignment across cross-functional partners
