Amazon Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Product Designer to shape new space planning tools for the Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization.

You will contribute to end-to-end UX across space planning systems and collaborate with UX Research, Product, Software, and Business partners to deliver customer-centric design specs. The role emphasizes strong customer focus, strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of design experience in product/UX.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design for complex workflows.
• Experience with space planning or related tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners from problem definition through launch and iteration.
• Drive concepts from ideation to implementation with designers, PMs, engineers and researchers.
• Deep dive into space-planning workflows to identify unmet needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage research and data to inform product requirements and design decisions.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility and constraints.
• Translate complex processes into intuitive, scalable design solutions.
• Own design outcomes, iterate based on feedback and impact, and clearly articulate rationale.
