Job summary
Fora is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team in New York City. Report to the Director of Product Design and embed within a product-focused team (Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineers).

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience in a startup or embedded environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience designing for SaaS and consumer-facing products.
Responsibilities
- Lead with insights, designs, flows, prototypes, etc. – from research to QA.
- Contribute to our Design System to ensure high-quality experiences.
- Develop product designs balancing creativity, quality, speed, and business value.
- Design new features from conception to pixel-perfect implementation.
- Understand customer problems deeply to create novel solutions.
- Design and execute mixed-method research studies and synthesize insights.
