Job summary

Fora is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our growing design team in New York City. Report to the Director of Product Design and embed within a product-focused team (Product Manager, Engineering Manager, Engineers).

As an early Design hire at a time of rapid company growth, you will shape our product and design processes for years to come. Our Travel Advisors are core users of the Fora Portal, and you will help build integrated tooling for onboarding, CRM, marketing, workflow, booking,

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience in a startup or embedded environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience designing for SaaS and consumer-facing products.

Responsibilities

Lead with insights, designs, flows, prototypes, etc. – from research to QA.
Contribute to our Design System to ensure high-quality experiences.
Develop product designs balancing creativity, quality, speed, and business value.
Design new features from conception to pixel-perfect implementation.
Understand customer problems deeply to create novel solutions.
Design and execute mixed-method research studies and synthesize insights.
