• 5+ years of product design experience on a shipping B2B or consumer product.
• Sharp systems thinking across layout, typography, and motion.
• Ability to partner with engineering on realistic specs, not pixel-perfect mockups.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end design on coach and athlete features.
• Conduct research with real coaches and athletes to validate bets.
• Steward and extend the product design system alongside the design engineer.
