Match-Made-Tech is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to own end-to-end design for a complex B2B platform in a remote US-only role. You will collaborate with product leadership, engineering, and customers to turn complex requirements into intuitive solutions.

The role emphasizes domain-heavy workflows, data-rich interfaces, and the opportunity to shape product direction, systems, and best practices while delivering high-quality, user-centered designs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for B2B or enterprise products.
• Portfolio showcasing shipped products with data-heavy workflows.
• Strong proficiency in design tools and design systems.
• Experience with desktop and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process from architecture to visual design for a B2B platform.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable design solutions.
• Collaborate with customers, product leaders, and engineers to improve workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system.
• Define and uphold design quality standards.
