Job summary

ATOMS in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Designer for Platform with 10+ years of experience to define the experience architecture across navigation, hierarchy, permissions, configuration, and shared interaction patterns. You will lead cross-product workflows from onboarding to expansion and partner with Product and Engineering to align UX with system models.

• 10+ years of product design experience or equivalent seniority.
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills for workflow-heavy products.
• Ability to define scalable experience models, patterns, and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define platform-level experience architecture across navigation, hierarchy, permissions, configuration, entitlements, and shared interaction patterns.
• Lead cross-product workflows such as onboarding, activation, setup, upsell, and expansion.
• Simplify complex tools by creating clear mental models, scalable interaction frameworks, and reusable product patterns.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align user experience with system models and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Design System team to translate patterns into reusable UI foundations.
• Prototype faster and raise design outcomes using AI and new technologies.
