Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Designer for the Financial Services & Loyalty team to own the CB1 member home, engagement, and retention flows across mobile and web. You’ll shape the home redesign, craft campaign experiences, and collaborate with PM and Eng to deliver high-quality features quickly.

You will contribute to design critiques and set visual standards with Product Creative, ensuring cohesive cross-platform experiences and responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience shipping consumer-facing products at scale (mobile and web).
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from strategy through execution with UX thinking and visual craft.
• Experience designing membership, loyalty, or engagement-driven products (subscriptions, rewards, retention).
• Ability to ship iteratively in ambiguous spaces while keeping a long-term vision.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and considering technical constraints.
• Proven systems thinking across multiple entry points and surfaces.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for CB1 Member Home, engagement surfaces, and retention flows across mobile and web.
• Drive the member home redesign as a P0 initiative for a personalized CB1 experience.
• Design campaign expressions and gamification to increase benefit attach rates.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape roadmaps and ship features at velocity.
• Collaborate with Product Creative for campaign visuals and key moments’ look and feel.
• Contribute to design crits, peer reviews, and team culture as a senior IC.
