Job summary

Read AI in Seattle is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the live meeting and capture experience. You’ll ensure Read’s presence is helpful and appropriate for everyone in the room, powering a value-add across desktop, mobile, web, bots, and native integrations.

You’ll work with Product and Engineering to shape end-to-end flows, manage failure and recovery paths, and keep the meeting front-and-center while providing clear, privacy-conscious records and useful meeting notes from diverse

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience with ownership of hard problems.
Portfolio showing interaction and visual craft in shipped products.
Experience designing multi-state experiences with edge cases and recovery.
Systems thinking across surfaces without over-fitting patterns.
Ability to influence scope and drive product direction.

Responsibilities

Own live capture experience across desktop, mobile, web, and integrations.
Define how Read communicates its state so users know it's working in meetings.
Ensure the meeting remains the user’s primary focus, not Read.
Design for permissions denial, access restrictions, and partial capture recovery.
Create useful meeting records from notes, media, and files without misrepresenting data.
