WillScot is seeking a Senior Product Designer to support products through lifecycle, working with Product, Manufacturing and Operations teams to ensure design and production success. You may lead or support engineering projects, provide technical guidance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes CAD design, tolerance analysis, manufacturing understanding, and collaboration across multiple functions. This is an in-office position with travel 0–10% internationally.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of eight years of product design experience.
• Proficiency with CAD 2D/3D software (SolidWorks or equivalent) with parametric modeling.
• Proficiency with PDM/PLM software.
• Autodesk Revit experience preferred.
• GD&T ASME Y14.5 preferred.
• CAE/FEA simulation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards (IBC, ADA, UL) preferred.

Mansioni

• Design complex parts and products with general design intent.
• Analyze design impact on subsystems and translate requirements into solutions.
• Support prototypes, builds and on-site customer installations.
• Support product improvement and value engineering.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and product teams.
• Estimate scope of work including drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with IP opportunities and product management collaboration.
