Weave is seeking a senior designer for its Users Infra team to shape sign-in, identity, and permissions experiences used by dental, medical, and veterinary offices. You’ll design end-to-end SSO and enterprise user management flows, influence multi-location org modeling, and contribute to scalable design system patterns.

This role reports to a Product Design Manager and collaborates with PMs and engineers. You will work remotely within the US, collaborating with a triad to scope and sequence the

Formación

• 5+ years designing software products, including meaningful time on B2B or platform surfaces such as admin, settings, identity, or permissions.
• Two or more case studies tracing thinking from problem framing to end-to-end flows.
• Comfortable using Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping.
• Design complex, multi-step, cross-platform flows and account for edge, error, and empty states.
• Able to clearly explain design thinking in writing and conversations with engineers and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end experiences for SSO and authentication, including setup, identity configuration, MFA, and recovery states.
• Create enterprise-level user management flows: SSO configuration, group mapping, and custom roles management.
• Model multi-location organizations in Weave with workspaces and org hierarchy.
• Contribute design system patterns and platform infrastructure to enable other teams.
• Partner with product manager and engineering manager to define the Users Infra roadmap.
