Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a senior UX designer to translate ambiguous problems into clear user flows and high-fidelity prototypes for NYL360 workflows, including navigation, dashboards, servicing tasks, forms, and data review. You will set and govern quality, mentor teammates, influence the roadmap, and collaborate daily with Product and Engineering.

Apply analytics and research to prioritize improvements that move the business metrics.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required: include a portfolio or case studies with resume.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguous problems into clear user flows and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Set and govern the design quality bar for production-ready deliverables.
• Lead use of Madi and extend components and patterns.
• Influence the roadmap and collaborate with Product Owners/Managers.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams.
• Translate analytics and research findings into actionable designs.
• Mentor the design team and lead critique sessions.
• Present design strategy and impact to executives.
• Advocate for accessibility and Responsible AI in solutions.
