Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks a Lead Product Designer to translate complex problems into clear user flows and high-fidelity prototypes for NYL360 workflows. You will shape the design quality bar, guide concepts through Dev Mode handoff, and influence roadmaps with Product and leadership.

The role requires strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams, plus comfort with AI-assisted design tools and accessibility standards. Portfolio required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience applying AI-assisted design workflows and evaluating AI outputs for quality and compliance.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Turn ambiguous problems into clear user flows and high-fidelity prototypes for NYL360 workflows.
Set and govern design quality, including production-ready prototypes and Dev Mode handoff.
Lead the use of component libraries and design patterns, and keep documentation current to accelerate releases.
Influence roadmaps and collaborate with Product Owners/Managers and leadership; support PI planning and sprint ceremonies.
