Job summary

Axelon Services Corporation seeks a senior product designer to set design direction for a cross-functional squad and roadmap. You will shape NYL360 experiences and deliver prototypes using agentic design tooling.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Implementation leaders within a SAFe environment, influence the roadmap, mentor peers, and stay hands-on through build and QA to ensure design integrity in final products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of digital product design experience.
• Deep expertise in high-quality UI, design systems, and responsive design.
• Experience leading design in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Strong command of interaction design, visual design, and UX writing collaboration.
• Fluent in AI-augmented design workflows and expert in Figma and other design tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA) and inclusive design.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Work Mode: Hybrid or Fully Remote

• Fulltime: 40 hours a week
