Job summary

Fitt Insider, Inc. is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end experiences across consumer checkout, merchant platform, marketplace, and internal tooling in a health and wellness context.

You will interview users, define problems, prototype rapidly with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Replit, and ship improvements that move conversion, merchant NPS, and consumer trust. You will collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, marketing, and analytics to shape product strategy and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years designing complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, payments, or health tech.
• Shipped end-to-end products with measurable business outcomes.
• Defined problems before solving and partnered with PMs/engineers to ship what matters.
• Daily use of LLMs to draft flows, prototypes, and microcopy; AI as design material.

Responsibilities

• Own design end-to-end for projects spanning multiple product surfaces from problem definition to launch.
• Start work in an LLM to clarify problems, draft flows, and surface edge cases with PMs/engineering.
• Prototype with AI tools and guide structure, behavior, and UX quality.
• Create stateful designs in Figma and contribute to a design system.
• Shape design culture with critiques, prompts, and craft standards.
