A health tech startup in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Designer who will own the design process for all product surfaces. You will collaborate with teams across the organization to enhance user experience and drive business metrics. Your role involves utilizing AI tools for prototyping and conducting user research to iterate on product designs. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or health tech, and has a passion for improving health through innovative design solutions.

Formación

• Experience designing complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, payments, or health tech.
• Ability to define problems before solving them and partner with PMs and engineers.
• Proficient use of LLMs to draft flows, write microcopy, and generate prototypes.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design for various projects, from problem definition to launch.
• Prototype using AI tools, build effective flows and interfaces.
• Conduct user research to validate assumptions and improve product usability.
