Insight Global is seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead end-to-end design initiatives for consumer-facing web and mobile products. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business goals into elegant, scalable UX solutions.

The role emphasizes user-centered design, systems thinking, and strong visual craft, with proficiency in Figma Make and AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation and prototyping.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing consumer-facing web/mobile products at scale.
• Strong foundation in user-centered, interaction, visual design and systems thinking.
• Portfolio showing product thinking and polished UX in complex ecosystems.
• Proficient with Figma and Wireframing/Prototyping for high-fidelity designs.
• Experience in growth, conversion, acquisition, retention or monetization initiatives.
• Familiar with AI-assisted design workflows and AI-powered platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead design initiatives from problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Create intuitive, elegant, user-centered experiences across desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and stakeholders.
• Develop wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use data, user research and insights to influence product decisions.
• Translate feedback and business objectives into actionable features.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and scalable UX frameworks.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and asset creation.
• Maintain high usability and visual craftsmanship in AI-assisted work.
• Communicate concepts and specs using modern AI and prototyping tools.
