Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, Growth, you’ll play a key role in shaping how new and existing users discover value on Linktree. From activation and onboarding to monetization and re-engagement, you’ll work cross-functionally in a rapid-paced environment to drive meaningful outcomes through thoughtful, data-informed design strategies and tactics.

You’ll collaborate closely with a product manager and engineer, as well as marketing, analytics, and lifecycle teams to identify, test, learn, and scale impactful initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, deliver, and iterate on end-to-end user journeys that impact user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
• Lead A/B testing and rapid experimentation to validate ideas and optimize flows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, uncover insights, and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct user research, combining qualitative insights with quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Balance user needs with business goals to create delightful and effective experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system with the broader team.
• Mentor mid-level designers and help shape our design processes and culture.
• Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to stakeholders, including executives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage insights to keep Linktree at the forefront of digital design and growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a focus on growth or experimentation teams.
• Proven ability to deliver quality designs quickly, incorporating input from multiple stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with experience in rapid user research and usability testing.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise across platforms, especially in growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to articulate vision and strategy.
• Knowledge of design systems, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience leading projects from concept to implementation in cross-functional teams.
• A passion for solving complex design challenges to create delightful user experiences.
