JOB OVERVIEW

PTR Global is hiring a Senior Product Designer – Design Systems & AI for a long-term contract role in Fort Worth, Texas. This opportunity is for experienced designers who enjoy building scalable digital products and improving user experiences across large enterprise platforms.

The company is looking for someone with strong experience in UX, product design, and enterprise design systems. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Figma, collaborating with engineering teams, and improving design workflows using AI tools and automation.

This role is part of a collaborative UX team focused on modern digital experiences. The selected candidate will help improve reusable design systems, support product teams, and create accessible and responsive user experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work from Tuesday to Thursday. Candidates must also provide a portfolio during the application process.

This role is suitable for senior-level designers who enjoy teamwork, problem-solving, and creating consistent digital experiences across large organizations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and improve enterprise design systems
• Create reusable design components and documentation
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Develop scalable UX patterns for web and mobile products
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams
• Explore AI-powered design workflows and automation tools
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Review user feedback and improve product experiences
• Present design ideas and recommendations to stakeholders
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards are followed
• Help improve UX processes across teams
• Mentor and support other designers within the organization
• Participate in design discussions and planning sessions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on enterprise projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years experience in UX or Product Design
• Strong experience with enterprise design systems
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Good understanding of responsive and inclusive design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards such as WCAG
• Experience working with Engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and workflows
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to explain design ideas clearly
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience with usability testing and UX research is an advantage
• Experience working in large enterprise environments is preferred
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

SALARY

$60–72 per hour (W2 only).
