Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape enterprise experiences across web and mobile apps. You will advocate for user needs, apply design thinking, and collaborate with research and data teams to validate solutions. You’ll help elevate design quality and contribute to scalable design systems and libraries.

You will lead with craft, mentor teammates, and translate platform requirements into elegant, usable experiences that empower large organizations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product/Interaction design or similar role.
• Experience delivering complex, scalable SaaS/enterprise designs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team influence.
• Familiar with design systems, typography, accessibility, and hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve sophisticated features for enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to validate solutions.
