Job summary

Anchors is hiring a Product Designer to own the design of the Anchors platform from end to end. You’ll shape how enterprise users interact with complex AI systems—collaborating with engineering and product to make powerful capabilities feel accessible and trustworthy.

You will lead the full design process across dashboards, onboarding, auditing, and monitoring views; maintain the design system; and translate research into scalable interfaces that empower users and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience in a SaaS or enterprise software context
• Portfolio demonstrating strong information design and systems thinking
• Experience designing data-heavy or operational interfaces (dashboards, analytics, admin tools)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process: discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production specs
• Conduct user research with enterprise operators and power users to ground design decisions in real behaviour
• Define and maintain the Anchors design system
• Collaborate directly with engineers to ensure design intent is preserved through implementation
• Contribute to product strategy discussions — design at Anchors informs what we build, not just how it looks
