Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape intuitive, scalable product experiences for our Pros. You will drive end-to-end design, collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to elevate the overall product ecosystem.

With 6+ years in product design and a strong portfolio, you’ll leverage Figma, Adobe CS, and AI tools to deliver accessible, high-quality interfaces. This role offers a competitive salary, equity, and a team‑oriented, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing complex digital product design.
• Proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; AI-native tools experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction, accessibility.
• Experience collaborating in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to drive efficiency via AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design simple and beautiful product experiences for our Pros.
• Advocate for customer needs balancing strategy and goals.
• Lead user research and usability testing.
• Shape user experience through flows, IA, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and cross-functional partners.
• Present concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Strengthen design principles and systems for consistency.
• Explore new interactions and interfaces.
• Create guidelines connecting design to delivery.
