The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to lead design from concept through implementation.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience in digital product design.
• Product design portfolio showcasing measurable external customer impact.
• Experience leading all phases of experience design and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for products supporting young children.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and curriculum experts.
• Conduct user research and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
