Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead experiences spanning digital tools and physical touchpoints on the fulfillment center floor. The role focuses on defining exceptional UX where hands are occupied, guiding the full interaction arc from alerts to resolution.

Qualifications

7+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio.
Experience conducting field research and ethnography in real-world settings.
Experience delivering complex software systems and scalable UX patterns.
Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma) and AI-assisted design tools.

Responsibilities

Design across digital-physical spectrum including diagnostic tools and hardware interfaces.
Define interaction models for data-rich interfaces usable with gloves.
Incorporate visual, auditory, and haptic feedback for non-screen contexts.
Create reusable design patterns to scale across robotics programs.
Map end-to-end service journeys across digital and physical tasks.
Lead UX research with field observations on the warehouse floor.
Collaborate with hardware/software engineering, product management, and operations.
Mentor junior designers and raise UX maturity.
Advocate for end users in roadmap discussions.
Synthesize operational data with field insights to inform design priorities.
Produce artifacts influencing roadmaps and leadership decisions.
