Tech Ladies® is seeking a mid-senior UX designer to lead experiences across digital and physical touchpoints, focusing on workstation workflows and spatial interactions. The role emphasizes safe, efficient, and ergonomic design for a diverse, high-motion workforce.

You will conduct field research, map end-to-end journeys, and collaborate with hardware, software, and industrial design teams to deliver scalable, accessible experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of design experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
• 5+ years of user research methods including ethnography, usability testing, and prototyping.
• Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.

• Lead design of integrated experiences bridging digital interfaces and physical environments, focusing on workflows and spatial interactions.
• Define UX models prioritizing safety, efficiency, and ergonomics for a diverse workforce in high-motion environments.
• Conduct field research and contextual inquiry to map end-to-end service journeys and inform roadmaps.
• Partner with hardware, software, and industrial design teams to ensure coherent, scalable UX.
• Mentor junior designers and advance user-centered design maturity across the organization.
