Job summary

US Mobile is seeking experienced Product Designers to own and elevate design quality for consumer-facing apps and marketing pages. You will ship end-to-end design, defining new components and improving IA/UX across web and mobile, with a strong point of view on mindful design and efficient design processes.

The role requires 6+ years in fast-paced environments, a history of shipping at scale, and autonomy in delivering thoughtful user experiences for a world-class wireless product ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a Product Designer in a fast paced environment.
• Advocate for real user needs, business strategy, and a consistent user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Craft user-friendly, delightful experiences with high visual polish, IA, and cognitive load.
• Bring a strong POV, articulate pros/cons based on research, data or reasoning.
• Autonomously ship features from 0-1 with high IA/UX/UI standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate design quality for consumer-facing tech, fintech, or platform products.
• Define and create new components and redesigned app for mobile.
• Work on core features like AI CS, Security, Growth, Roaming, Shop with solid IA and UX.
