As our Senior Product Designer, you'll be at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and execution. You’ll lead initiatives that directly impact retention, conversion, and user satisfaction—whether that’s through PLG experiments, UX refinements, or new feature development. You’ll own discovery, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact product work, while also jumping into Figma to explore flows, make layout tweaks, and validate ideas with users.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end, and loves blending product thinking with light-touch interface design. If you’ve ever thought of yourself as a PM-designer hybrid, this is the role for you. Just as importantly, you should have a real appreciation for the pain of creating presentations –whether from building decks yourself or supporting teams that do.You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and Growth, and collaborate across engineering, analytics, and go-to-market teams.
