Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer – Benefits Servicing to shape end-to-end medical benefits experiences across Humana’s digital ecosystem.

You will translate complex benefits information into intuitive interfaces and partner with product, engineering, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful member-facing solutions. The role focuses on accessibility, user-centered design, and scalable design systems, driving satisfaction, engagement, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product outcomes.
• Exceptional visual design craft with a portfolio showcasing polished, modern, and user-centered digital experiences.
• Strong proficiency with Figma
• Demonstrated success designing responsive experiences across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Ability to translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, visually compelling interfaces.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on consistency, accessibility, usability, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Experience designing complex user experiences and end-to-end customer journeys, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated industries.
• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver end-to-end user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits products and services, ensuring solutions are human-centered and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research partners to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions that address key member needs.
• Utilize user research, usability testing, analytics, and member feedback to inform design decisions and continually improve experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate and validate design concepts.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices across all medical benefits experiences.
• Partner with other Product and Design teams to ensure consistency and cohesion throughout the member journey.
• Present design recommendations and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and building alignment across teams.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the design organization.
• Support and contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and scalable design standards.
