Teamvoy is an AI engineering company delivering production AI for fintech, healthcare, insurance, and manufacturing. A growing e-commerce client seeks a Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end UX for a customizable stationery online shop, leveraging AI-driven personalization and rapid prototyping.

You will analyze experiments, conduct user research, and expand a design system to support an AI-first product strategy while collaborating closely with a creative and data-driven team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design at a Senior level.
• Experience designing B2C e-commerce products, supported by a relevant portfolio - a must-have.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, including user research, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing.
• Experience analyzing product metrics, user behavior, and A/B test results to develop hypotheses, make informed design decisions, and measure their impact.
• A data-driven mindset and a hands-on approach to building, testing, and launching design variations.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Interest in exploring AI tools and applying them to accelerate design and product development.
• English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher; Ukrainian - Native.

Responsabilités

• Take full UX/UI ownership of the client’s online shop and digital product portfolio from research to testing.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces and continuously improve the product experience based on data.

• Analyze A/B test results, heatmaps, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
• Conduct user testing and customer surveys to validate design decisions using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Develop AI-powered prototypes to quickly test new product ideas and design concepts.
• Build, maintain, and expand the design system to support an AI-first product development process.
• Create designs in Figma for complex UX/UI challenges that require a more hands-on approach beyond AI-generated solutions.
