Job summary

Wander is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the customer journey for property managers and vacation rental operators using WanderOS. You'll design automated campaigns and measure their impact across activation and retention.

You'll collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing; success means stronger activation, lower churn, and higher LTV across the US remote team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing at a SaaS company.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and data-driven campaigns.
• Strong writing ability to craft human, effective messages.
• Proven track record improving activation/retention/expansion metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle marketing across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Build automated email, in-app, and SMS campaigns using our CRM stack.
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on behavior.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success to optimize lifecycle moments.
• Run A/B tests to improve subject lines, timing, and channels.
• Create dashboards for activation, retention, revenue, churn and LTV.
• Collaborate on onboarding content and in-product messaging.
• Maintain and evolve the lifecycle tech stack integrations.
