AutogenAI is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next generation of our end-to-end AI proposal platform, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to define how users engage with AI in daily workflows.

This hands-on role offers growth toward strategic ownership and emphasizes usability, accessibility, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is preferred in the DC/Metro area with occasional NYC travel.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Senior Product Designer for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• Portfolio showing strong UX thinking and production-ready UI for multi-step workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design/prototyping practices.
• Unrelenting focus on usability and accessible experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and communicate clearly.
• Interest in AI-driven experiences and trustable designs.

Responsibilities

• Turn problems into product solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Design AI-assisted workflows and explain system behavior to users.
• Own end-to-end journeys from discovery to final UI.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency.
• Lead or support usability studies and translate insights into decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers on implementation details and QA.
