Job summary

Strella is seeking a Senior Product Designer to pair strong product judgment with exceptional craft, helping build AI-powered experiences from concept through production. You will work closely with the CEO, another Senior Product Designer, engineers, and GTM teams to shape priorities and own major features end to end.

The role demands high-impact ownership, a portfolio showing polished design, and the ability to prototype in Figma and code-based tools. Hybrid work in San Francisco is supported.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of product design experience, ideally in fast-moving B2B SaaS, productivity, research, or collaboration products.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking, polished interaction and visual design, and ownership of meaningful features from discovery through launch.
• Fluency in Figma and ability to build interactive, code-based prototypes.
• Strong product and competitive research skills with practical application.
• Experience designing AI-powered or agentic features with shipped real-user impact.
• Experience partnering with engineers and navigating technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, from problem definition to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with CEO to translate company and customer needs into focused product bets.
• Design intuitive, polished experiences for a design-conscious audience.
• Develop and apply design system to keep product coherence as it grows.
• Prototype and test AI interaction patterns, refining them with customer feedback.
