Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Experience designing for B2B SaaS with multiple personas and access controls.
• Experience conducting user research.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into simple design solutions.
• Experience in agile environments and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process from research to prototyping and implementation.
• Gather context to inform design and ensure solving the right problem.
• Design across surfaces: web, mobile, kiosk, and integrations like Slack and Teams.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders; advocate for UX.
• Contribute to and maintain Envoy’s design system.
• Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping and collaboration.
• Explore AI capabilities to improve workflows and user experiences.
• Help nurture design practices and culture.
