Resumo da oferta

DXC Technology Company is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the next chapter of OASIS. You’ll own end-to-end design across major surfaces from problem framing through shipped product.

We move fast and prototype early, partnering with PM and Engineering from the start to ground decisions in real problems. You’ll drive design quality, extend the system, and mentor the broader team.

Qualificações

• You have 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products.
• You bring a portfolio showing depth in interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
• You are fluent in rapid prototyping across Figma, Lovable, code, or other tools.
• You can frame problems, generate direction, and drive execution in ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch.
• Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint.
• Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff.
• Run user research with internal users and clients, grounding decisions in real problems.
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
• Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team.
• Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships.
