Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape OASIS, our internal AI platform. You will own end-to-end design across major surfaces, from framing problems to shipped products, and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to push the system forward.

You will prototype early, run internal and client research, and mentor teammates while advancing a scalable design system and strong craft.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or AI products.
• Portfolio shows depth in interaction design, IA, and visual craft.
• Fluent in rapid prototyping with Figma, Lovable, or code.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for major surfaces of OASIS, from problem framing through launch.
• Prototype early and often to pressure-test ideas before they hit a sprint.
• Partner with PM and Engineering from the start of a problem, not at handoff.
• Run user research with internal users and clients to ground decisions in real problems.
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
• Raise the bar across the design practice and mentor the broader team.
• Influence design process and standards across the team, not just what ships.
