Job summary

Degreed is hiring a remote Senior Product Designer to shape end-to-end experiences across our learning and skills platform. You will own problem framing, discovery through specs, and QA, influencing launch impact in a distributed, remote-first team.

You’ll extend Degreed’s design system, assess when AI should handle workflows invisibly, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure strong, usable interfaces for enterprise customers. Salary ranges reflect US market norms.

Qualifications

• Experience designing end-to-end features for enterprise products with a strong user-centered approach.
• Ability to evaluate AI-enabled workflows and decide what should be visible UI vs. invisible AI.
• Proficient in rapid prototyping using code or AI-assisted tools to validate directions before full specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for features across Degreed's learning and skills platform, from framing to QA and launch.
• Lead customer calls or gather feedback to inform design and product decisions.
• Extend and maintain Degreed’s design system, deciding when to reuse or justify new components.
• Audit admin settings, profiles, and core learning workflows to reduce inconsistencies as products grow.
• Design AI-first experiences and determine what should remain observable and auditable for users.
• Collaborate with product and tech leads to scope work and define requirements.
