Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience or related degree with practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design across responsive, multi-surface experiences.
• Experience in early-stage, exploratory, or 0-to-1 product spaces where problem definition is uncertain.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and progress without a complete brief.
• Strong visual and interaction craft with the ability to ship polished UI.

Responsibilities

• Explore ambiguous, early-stage problem spaces by generating concepts and testing assumptions.
• Build end-to-end flows, sketches, prototypes, and polished UI with appropriate fidelity.
• Simplify AI-powered capabilities into intuitive experiences for everyday document users.
• Champion a strong point of view grounded in user research and data; advocate clearly.
• Collaborate with research, product management, engineering, and content strategy to align on direction.
• Influence decisions with compelling storytelling and build rationale for partners and leadership.
• Elevate design quality and contribute to teammates’ growth.
