EMPLOYEE ROLE

Adobe Design is looking for a Product Designer to join the Document Cloud team, focused on growth for Acrobat Mobile. This role is a good fit if you find yourself interested in how products grow, not just how they look and feel, and you want to build your skills at the intersection of design, user behavior, and business outcomes.
You will contribute to growth experiments, onboarding flows, and mobile experiences that directly affect how users engage with Acrobat. You will work within an established design team, alongside experienced designers, with real ownership of design deliverables and plenty of room to develop.
Adobe Document Cloud products, including Adobe Acrobat, Sign, and Scan, are used by more than 600 million monthly active users, and Document Cloud is the fastest growing cloud at Adobe. The design team has a strong record of recognized innovation, honored by TIME as a Best Invention in 2023 for Liquid Mode and in 2024 for Acrobat AI Assistant, and named by Fast Company as one of the Most Innovative Companies in Applied AI.
You are a designer who is curious about business, not just craft. You find funnels interesting. You notice when a product loses people and you want to understand why. You read activation rates the way others read design critiques, and you care about whether your work actually moved something, not just whether it shipped.
You are still early in your career, but you already think about design decisions in terms of the user behavior they are trying to shape and the business outcome they are trying to drive. You are comfortable working within established parameters and with guidance from more senior designers, and you are motivated to grow quickly in an environment where design and data work together.
