Comp AI is hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the product experience end to end. You’ll translate ambiguous compliance problems into shipped design, focusing on usability and scalability for an AI-driven trust layer.

You’ll define components, patterns, and the visual language to keep a fast-shipping team coherent as the product grows. We value hands-on prototyping, close collaboration with engineers, and strong craft.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products for complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy apps.
• Ability to frame problems from user and business goals, not just visuals.
• Strong craft in visual and interaction design with modern tools.

Responsabilités

• Own product areas end to end from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Design for complexity with AI-driven dashboards and multi-step workflows.
• Build and maintain a cohesive design system across the product.
• Prototype to validate flows before engineering time is spent.
• Talk to users via calls/usability sessions and translate learnings into decisions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure fidelity from design to ship.
• Raise the bar on craft and ensure consistency as surface area grows.
