• 5+ years designing complex B2B SaaS products.
• Portfolio demonstrating framing complex problems into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
• Strong product thinking linking design decisions to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Attention to detail with ability to advocate ideas while accepting feedback.
• Curious mindset about AI and emerging technologies improving real customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of new products and features, clarifying cross-functional challenges.
• Work across multiple product areas, balancing priorities while moving quickly.
• Partner with product and engineering to define problems and shape solutions from concept to launch.
• Get involved early to shape conversations and directions.
• Prototype, test assumptions, and iterate based on user feedback and data.
• Balance long-term vision with rapid execution and thoughtful tradeoffs.
• Raise the bar for the overall product experience and contribute to the design system evolution.
