the company's International team owns the full international product experience, bringing investing, trading, and crypto to customers in the EU, UK, Canada, Singapore, and beyond.

As a Product Designer, you'll help shape how customers around the world experience our products for the first time. You'll design onboarding, trading, and money movement experiences that hold up across currencies, languages, and regulatory environments, while staying true to the craft and clarity the company is known for.

Design at the company is AI-first. This role is for someone who already uses AI as a core part of how they think, explore, and execute.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

• Design key features such as onboarding, trading, crypto, and money movement for one or more of the company's international markets.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, and compliance to navigate market-specific nuances without compromising a cohesive, high-quality experience.
• Bring clarity to complexity by simplifying cross-border and multi-currency concepts into interfaces that feel simple and local.
• Use AI to explore ideas, catch edge cases, and prototype quickly, while you drive the quality and direction.
• Set direction and keep projects moving in markets with little existing precedent.

What you bring

• 3+ years of product design experience and a strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex consumer products.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range:

Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC)

$140,000—$165,000 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)

$123,000—$145,000 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)

$110,000—$129,000 USD
