Berry Street is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its NYC office to design the GLP-1 experience across patient and clinician surfaces. You will own discovery through launch, ensuring the product feels simple, trustworthy, and human.
Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to shape AI-enabled experiences while maintaining a high bar for craft. You’ll balance patient needs with provider workflows, support ongoing engagement, and contribute to a scalable design system in a fast-growing
Berry Street is building on the convergence of AI, GLP-1s, and the consumerization of healthcare, and using insurance to make life-changing metabolic care as accessible as possible. Our platform connects patients with 2,000+ clinicians and AI tools to treat obesity, diabetes/prediabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, maternal health, and dozens of other conditions, in partnership with major health plans, health systems, and care management companies across all 50 states. We launched in 2023, have served hundreds of thousands of patients, and are Series B, backed by Khosla, Northzone, FJ Labs, and the founders of Revolut, Grow Therapy, and Spring Health.
In March 2026 we launched our GLP-1 program, and it's become one of the fastest-growing parts of the business. Getting on a GLP-1 through insurance is still confusing, slow, and intimidating for most people: eligibility, labs, prior authorizations, pharmacy logistics, dosing, side effects, and staying on track for the long haul. We think great design is how that changes, and we're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help make it feel simple, trustworthy, and human.
You'll start focused on the GLP-1 experience, designing across the patient journey (from first touch and intake through prescribing, ongoing care, and long-term engagement) and the clinician tools that make prescribing and monitoring work at scale. Expect a generalist seat: as the business evolves, you'll move to wherever design can have the most impact, across patient, provider, and internal surfaces. You'll work closely with our Head of Product and Lead Product Designer, alongside engineering, clinical, and operations teams, with a lot of autonomy and a direct line to leadership.
We’re collaborative, direct, and action-oriented. We like people with a point of view. We want teammates who will push the thinking, help make decisions, and move.
