Our client, a leading financial technology company, is currently seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Experience Design team. You’ll play a key role in designing the Wallet experiences within the company's app. You’ll work across features like Tap to Pay, NFC interactions, and adding cards and bank accounts—both in-app and during online checkout. You Will:
- Deliver strategic, user-centered design solutions for core Wallet features, including global payment partnerships, Tap to Pay, and banking integrations
- Collaborate closely within a multi-disciplinary pod—alongside product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers—to translate product requirements into elegant experiences
- Take ownership of your work from concept to execution, contributing to visual design, UX flows, product architecture, and interface design
- Produce journey maps, audits, and working prototypes that tell a compelling story and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces
- Present design work with strong narratives that outline the problem, strategic thinking, market research, design exploration, and rationale
- Think in systems—ensuring consistency with the brand'sbroader product design system while helping evolve new patterns and components
- Be a cultural contributor—helping uphold rituals, feedback practices, and mentorship that support team growth and collaboration
You Have:
- 7+ years of experience in product design / strategy
- A sharp eye for detail and exceptional craft across UX flows, UI design, product states, and architecture
- A strong understanding of interaction design, content design, and brand alignment in digital products
- Experience designing complex, scalable features across mobile and web platforms, ideally in commerce, retail, or financial services
- Proven ability to simplify complexity into clean, intuitive, and value-driven design experiences
- Experience working with undefined or ambiguous briefs—and turning them into actionable, strategic design directions
- The ability to balance system thinking with creativity, ensuring your work fits into a larger ecosystem without sacrificing innovation
- Familiarity with industry trends and cultural shifts—particularly around consumer behavior, retail, and digital experiences
- A collaborative spirit, open mindset, and commitment to nurturing feedback and continuous learning
