Responsibilities

• Design and User Experience
• Concept Development:
  • Develop design concepts and prototypes to solve user problems.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• User Research:
  • Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design concepts.
  • Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate on designs.
• Interface Design:
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our applications.
• Visual Design:
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
  • Use a variety of design software to develop and execute visual design projects.
• Collaboration and Communication
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into design revisions.
• Documentation:
  • Maintain and enhance the design system documentation for use across the company.
  • Document design guidelines and ensure compliance across projects.

Your profile for this job

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• Portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
