We're hiring a Senior Product Designer / UX Designer for a major enterprise client in Fort Worth, TX.

Title: Senior Product Designer / UX Designer

Pay: $50/hr W2

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Schedule: Hybrid — onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday

Contract: 10/19/2026 – 12/31/2027

Interview Process: 2 rounds — virtual followed by onsite

We're looking for a senior-level designer with 6+ years of UX/Product Design experience who can own the full design process from early discovery through implementation.

What they're looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma
• User flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interaction design
• Experience designing across desktop and mobile
• Strong partnership with Product Owners and Engineering
• User research, usability testing, interviews, and heuristic reviews
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Accessibility/WCAG experience is a plus
• Experience using AI tools within the design process is a plus

A strong portfolio is required and should demonstrate your design process, problem solving, research, iterations, and final solutions.
