About The Role:

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio and keen eye for visual design to help evolve the RetailMeNot experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, product managers, and engineers, translating stakeholder requests into product goals. Your designs will meet user needs, support business objectives, and navigate technical constraints. With a bias toward action, you'll partner with teams in a collaborative, data-informed environment to help millions save money and get rewarded online.

You will report to the Lead Product Design Manager. This is a remote role.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience demonstrating leadership in solution design, crafting compelling visual experiences, and aligning with a broader product vision.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and best practices for web and native mobile applications.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, including consistency, color, typography, layout, and animation, with a keen eye for subtle details.
• Familiarity with platform-specific UX and UI patterns.
• Ability to work on undefined projects, gather necessary information, and initiate preliminary work.
• Proactive communicator who shares work early and often.
• Proficient in Figma and usertesting.com, maintaining clean files and delivering pixel-perfect designs for developer handoff.
• Open to feedback and adaptable to change.
• Experience with creating and maintaining corporate design systems and understanding how to use them effectively.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with design system creation and maintenance.
• Designing with accessibility in mind.
• Agency or multi-product experience, extending design systems and branding across touchpoints.
