As a Senior UX Designer, you will create user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, guiding product development with strategic design skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate trade-offs, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research, analyze behavior and feedback, and translate insights into design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating for feedback and iteration.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces, develop prototypes, and work with developers to ensure proper implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine designs based on feedback.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and guidelines.

Qualifications
