Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates technical functions for assigned product families and major design projects.
• Develops work plans, budgets, and schedules; ensures adherence to milestones.
• Creates layouts and schematics, part numbers, BOMs, and configuration rules.
• Coordinates prototype builds and experimental test programs to verify designs.
• Reviews test data, analyzes performance, and prepares technical documentation.
