Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate to help enable the delivery of market-ready products in a stable, scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and support change initiatives to continually deliver value.

In this role you will execute delivery tasks, monitor change readiness, and raise blockers to ensure resources and dependencies are managed effectively, while aligning with risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
